Training vehicles are scrapped after 10 years. The scrapping is based on the service life of the training vehicle. If a training passenger vehicle is converted to a private car, the change in usage nature still follows the service life of a training passenger vehicle. Small training passenger vehicles are classified as commercial-use and can only be used for 10 years. According to the "Mandatory Scrapping Standards for Motor Vehicles" implemented from May 1, 2013: 1. For vehicles registered after May 1, 2013: The scrapping period for small training passenger vehicles is 10 years. 2. For vehicles registered before May 1, 2013: The current scrapping period of 10 years still applies. 3. Article 5 of the "Mandatory Scrapping Standards for Motor Vehicles" stipulates: Small training passenger vehicles have a service life of 10 years, medium-sized training passenger vehicles 12 years, and large training passenger vehicles 15 years.

What Causes Odor in Car Air Conditioning?

There may be several reasons for unpleasant odors in car air conditioning: 1. The air filter has not been cleaned for a long time: Combined with the humid air during rainy seasons, the filter becomes damp and warm, leading to mold growth and a musty smell. 2. Mold in the air conditioning system ducts: Outside air flows through the ducts, and a small amount of residual moisture combines with dust in the air. If not cleaned for a long time, this can also lead to mold growth, producing a sour and rotten odor. Here are some solutions to address odors in car air conditioning: 1. Regularly replace the air filter: Clean the air conditioning system or replace the air filter periodically to reduce mold growth. 2. Master the correct method of turning the air conditioning on and off: It is best to turn off the air conditioning about 5 minutes before parking, then switch to natural ventilation to allow the car's interior temperature to rise quickly. This prevents condensation from forming in the ducts due to temperature differences after parking, keeping the ducts dry and preventing mold and fungi growth. 3. Use natural air fresheners: Place fruits such as pineapple, lemon, or apple in the car to help eliminate odors.

Will Insurance Cover Accidents If the Vehicle Fails Inspection?

If a vehicle fails inspection and is involved in a traffic accident, the insurance will not cover the claim. If an un-inspected vehicle is found on the road, the traffic police will impound the vehicle and impose a fine on the driver along with a 3-point deduction. In the event of an accident, the insurance company can directly refuse to pay. The penalties for failing vehicle inspection are as follows: 1. If the inspection is overdue by less than 3 months: The traffic management department of the public security authorities will issue a verbal warning but no penalty, and the vehicle can undergo normal inspection procedures. 2. Overdue by more than 3 months but less than 2 years: A fine and 3-point deduction will be imposed, after which the vehicle can proceed with the normal inspection process. 3. Overdue by more than 2 years: The vehicle's registration will be canceled, and a complicated process along with fines will be required to reinstate it. 4. Overdue by more than 3 inspection cycles: The vehicle will be forcibly scrapped.

What is the minimum ground clearance of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class?

The minimum ground clearance of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class is approximately 150mm when unloaded and around 114mm when loaded with passengers. It can handle small potholes without issues. Ground clearance of other vehicles: Sedans generally have a ground clearance of 120-200mm, SUVs typically range from 210-370mm, and buses have a ground clearance of 220-370mm. Introduction to minimum ground clearance: Minimum ground clearance refers to the distance between the lowest point of the vehicle (excluding wheels) and the supporting surface when the vehicle is fully loaded and stationary. It indicates the vehicle's ability to pass over obstacles like rocks or tree stumps without collision. The smaller the ground clearance, the poorer the vehicle's ability to overcome obstacles.

What is the size of the X-Trail tires?

The X-Trail tires come in three specifications: 225/65R17, 225/60R18, and 225/55R19. How to check tire size: Tire labels are uniformly located on the tire sidewall. Taking the tire specification 195/65R15 as an example, 195 indicates the tire width is 195mm, 65 represents the tire section height as a percentage of the width (65%), R stands for radial tire, and 15 denotes the wheel rim diameter of 15 inches. Functions of tires: Support the entire weight of the vehicle, bear the load of the car, and transmit forces and moments in other directions; transmit traction and braking torque to ensure good adhesion between the wheels and the road surface, improving the car's power, braking, and passability; work together with the car suspension to cushion the impact during driving and dampen the resulting vibrations.
