Meaning of annual inspection: Vehicle annual inspection, also known as vehicle annual check, refers to the motor vehicle annual inspection. When undergoing the inspection, you must bring your own documents. Vehicles must be inspected annually. If a vehicle is driven on the road without timely inspection, it will be deemed unqualified and may be fined or impounded. Inspection periods for other vehicle types: Operating passenger vehicles must be inspected once a year within the first 5 years, and every 6 months after exceeding 5 years. Trucks and large or medium-sized non-operating passenger vehicles must be inspected once a year within the first 10 years, and every 6 months after exceeding 10 years. Small and micro non-operating passenger vehicles must be inspected once every 2 years within the first 6 years, once a year after exceeding 6 years, and every 6 months after exceeding 15 years.
