How many years does it take for a car to apply for scrapping?

There is no age limit for scrapping a car, but the state will guide scrapping after driving 600,000 kilometers; if the car's mileage exceeds 600,000 kilometers and still meets the inspection standards, it can continue to be used, but it needs to undergo annual inspections 4 times a year. If the inspection fails, a mandatory scrapping system will be implemented. Vehicles that meet the national scrapping standards or, although not reaching the national scrapping standards, have severely damaged engines or chassis and fail to meet the national motor vehicle safety technical conditions or national motor vehicle pollutant emission standards after inspection are called scrapped cars. After prolonged use reaching the scrapping period, various components such as brakes, steering, and wiring will age, posing many potential hazards.
