There are two types of child seat interfaces: 1. ISOFIX interface; 2. LATCH interface; 3. Standard seat belt fixation. The methods to adjust car seats are: 1. Power seats are adjusted via buttons; 2. Manual seats are adjusted via levers. Car seats must meet two major requirements: adjustment convenience and comfort, meaning drivers should obtain optimal visibility and easy access to steering wheel, pedals, and gear lever through adjustments. Seat height should be adjusted according to the driver's height, with the optimal height meeting these conditions: 1. At least one fist's distance between the head and the roof; 2. Maintaining clear visibility for the driver. If the seat is set too high, the head may hit the roof during bumps, affecting driving.
