There is no limit to the number of times you can take the Subject 1 driving test. The "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" clearly stipulates that you can take the Subject 1 exam twice on the same day. If you fail the first attempt, you can take a free make-up exam for the second time. If you still fail the second attempt, the Subject 1 exam is terminated, and you can only schedule another exam after ten days. Subject 1, also known as the Subject 1 theory test or driver theory test, is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment. The exam content includes driving theory basics, road safety laws and regulations, local regulations, and other related knowledge. The exam is conducted on a computer with a time limit of 45 minutes. A passing score for Subject 1 is 90 points. The test consists of 100 questions, divided into single-choice and true/false questions, with each question worth 1 point and a total score of 100 points. If you answer 11 questions incorrectly during the exam, the system will automatically submit the test and end the exam. Subject 1 exam content: Driving license and motor vehicle management regulations; Road traffic conditions and regulations; Road traffic safety violations and penalties; Road traffic accident handling regulations; Basic knowledge of motor vehicles; Local regulations; Knowledge of braking systems and safety devices for large and medium-sized passenger and freight vehicles; Specialized knowledge for wheeled self-propelled machinery, trams, and trolleybuses. Subject 1 exam precautions: During the exam, candidates should pay attention to their attire—no sandals are allowed. Electronic devices and bags are not permitted in the exam room. Bring your ID card and queue to enter the waiting hall. Observe the precautions and procedures on the large screen, and store personal belongings in a locker before entering the exam room. Upon entering, verify your identity at the assigned seat and begin the exam. Ensure the camera is aligned with you and follow exam discipline. If you fail the first attempt, you can take a make-up exam on the same day. If you fail again, you must pay to reschedule. After the exam, queue to collect your score report and sign it. Failure to sign will render the result invalid. There is no limit to the number of times you can schedule the Subject 1 exam. Each subject exam can be taken once, with one make-up attempt if you fail. If you do not take the make-up exam or fail it, the exam is terminated, and the applicant must reschedule. In contrast, Subject 2 and Subject 3 have only five exam attempts. Subject 2 and Subject 3 exams must be scheduled ten days later. If you fail the Subject 3 safe and civilized driving knowledge test, the previously passed road driving skills test scores remain valid. There are three subjects in the driving test: Subject 1, Subject 2, and Subject 3. Subject 1 refers to the road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge exam. Subject 2 refers to the field driving skills exam. Subject 3 is divided into two parts: road driving skills and safe and civilized driving knowledge. The safe and civilized driving knowledge test is conducted after Subject 3, so it is commonly referred to as Subject 4. However, the official term (i.e., the Ministry of Public Security’s Order No. 123) does not include the term "Subject 4."

How many years can the original car battery last?

Original batteries can last about 3 years. Of course, this is not absolute, as the lifespan of the battery is greatly related to vehicle maintenance and usage habits. The functions of the battery and methods to extend its lifespan are as follows: Functions of the battery: During engine startup, it supplies power to the starting system, ignition system, electronic fuel injection system, and other electrical systems of the car; protects electronic devices; maintains voltage stability. Methods to extend battery life: When the car is not used for a long time, the owner should disconnect all onboard electrical devices from the battery to effectively prevent battery discharge; try not to use onboard devices or external power sources when the engine is off; always remember to turn off the headlights when parking at night; it is best to check the battery every six months.

What is the warning sign for low water level in the car's radiator?

If the car's radiator is low on water, the dashboard will display a low water level warning sign, which resembles the shape of a thermometer. Symptoms of engine overheating: When white steam suddenly emerges from under the hood while driving, or the temperature gauge needle rapidly rises to the high-temperature "H" mark, it indicates that the engine is overheating. Emergency measures for engine overheating: In such a situation, you should immediately find a safe place to pull over, but do not turn off the engine right away. Allow the engine to idle to continue dissipating heat, and open the hood to increase the cooling rate.

Which Gear to Use for Long Downhill in Automatic Transmission?

When driving down a steep slope with an automatic transmission, you should shift into the L gear, which is the low gear. After engaging this gear, the vehicle will have higher RPM and stronger traction, and the speed will also be reduced. This helps to control the car's speed and provides some assistance when descending steep slopes. Automatic transmission cars can also be switched directly to manual mode when going down long slopes. Since the car will accelerate automatically when going downhill, it is essential to reduce the speed, especially on long or steep slopes. Controlling the speed can prevent the vehicle from losing control, as excessive speed can be very dangerous. When reducing speed, avoid frequent use of the brakes, as this can cause them to overheat and lead to brake failure. Instead, use engine braking when necessary. On steep slopes, never use the D gear when descending. Also, adopt the correct method when parking, such as avoiding prolonged braking, which can increase the gap between the brake discs and pads, reduce the efficiency of the braking system, and potentially cause brake failure. Instead, apply gentle and repeated light braking.

What are the key points for Subject 2 of the driving test?

License Subject 2 exam has the following difficult key points: Reverse Parking: Widely considered the hardest part of Subject 2, its difficulty lies in mastering the timing of steering wheel turns. Hill Start: Rollback and stalling are common issues during hill starts. If the vehicle shows signs of rolling back while releasing the brake, immediately press both brake and clutch firmly to stabilize the car, then restart using the same method. 90-degree Turn: There are multiple approaches for 90-degree turns. The simplest method is to fully turn the steering wheel when the hood covers the opposite yellow line.

Does the Tayron have a manual transmission?

Tayron does not have a manual transmission, all models are equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The following are the differences between automatic and manual transmissions: Different operation difficulty: Manual transmissions mainly rely on the driver stepping on the clutch to complete gear changes. Manual transmission cars allow drivers to better experience the thrill of climbing hills, accelerating, and the joy of driving. Automatic transmissions mainly rely on the hydraulic transmission principle of the torque converter to automatically complete gear changes. Different safety levels: Although coasting in neutral with a manual transmission saves fuel, the car loses power, especially during turns, which can lead to risks such as understeer and tail flicking. Additionally, if the engine stalls at idle, the car will lose steering assistance and braking, increasing safety hazards during driving. Automatic transmission cars, since they cannot be driven in neutral, always maintain power support throughout the journey, making this driving method safer.

Will a motorcycle be automatically deregistered if it hasn't undergone annual inspection for three years?

Motorcycles that haven't undergone annual inspection for three years will be automatically deregistered. Motorcycle annual inspection schedule: The annual inspection schedule for motorcycles is based on the purchase date. New motorcycles only require inspection every 2 years within the first 4 years of purchase, while those over 4 years old need annual inspection. For the inspection, you just need to drive the motorcycle and bring the original owner's ID card, original vehicle registration certificate, tax payment certificate for vehicle and vessel tax, and compulsory insurance policy to a qualified local institution to complete the annual inspection. Motorcycle annual inspection location: Motorcycles should undergo annual inspection at the vehicle management office in their registration location (where the license plate was issued). Motorcycles require inspection every 2 years within the first 4 years, and annually thereafter.
