Currently, there is no limit on the number of attempts for the written tests (Subject 1 and Subject 4) for obtaining a driver's license, and you can take the test twice on the same day. For the practical tests (Subject 2 and Subject 3), you have five attempts each. If you fail to pass within these five attempts, you will need to retake Subject 1. The C1 driver's license test includes four subjects: traffic regulations and related knowledge, field driving, road driving, and safe and civilized driving knowledge. Passing standards: Traffic regulations and related knowledge (Subject 1) – Written test, scored out of 100, with a passing score of 90 or above. Field driving (Subject 2) – On-site, actual vehicle. The minimum passing score is 80; scores below 80 are considered failing. Road driving (Subject 3) – On highways or simulated sites, actual vehicle. Scored out of 100, with a passing score of 90 or above. Safe and civilized driving knowledge – Written test, featuring questions in the form of case studies, images, animations, etc. The test includes true/false, single-choice, and multiple-choice questions, totaling 50 questions. Scored out of 100, with a passing score of 90. The C1 driver's license permits driving small and mini passenger vehicles, as well as light and mini cargo vehicles; light, small, and mini special-purpose vehicles; and small passenger vehicles with seating capacity of 9 or fewer. The C1 license does not permit driving: large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, regular three-wheeled motorcycles, regular two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled self-propelled machinery, trolleybuses, or trams. Additionally, the C1 license does not allow driving vehicles with more than 9 seats or trucks with a total length exceeding 6 meters.
