There is no limit to the number of retakes for Subject 1. According to Article 10 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses," you can take the Subject 1 retest twice on the same day. If you fail the first attempt, you can retake it for free a second time. If you still fail the second attempt, the Subject 1 test will be terminated, and you can only schedule another test after ten days. Subject 1, also known as the theoretical driving test or driver's theory exam, is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment. The test content includes theoretical driving knowledge, road safety laws and regulations, local regulations, and related knowledge. The test is conducted on a computer with a time limit of 45 minutes. The passing score for Subject 1 is 90 out of 100. The test consists of 100 questions, including single-choice and true/false questions, with each question worth 1 point. If you answer 11 questions incorrectly during the test, the system will automatically submit the test and end the session. Subject 1 test content includes: driving license and motor vehicle management regulations; road traffic conditions and rules; road traffic safety violations and penalties; road traffic accident handling regulations; basic knowledge of motor vehicles; local regulations; knowledge of braking systems and safety devices for large and medium-sized passenger and freight vehicles; specialized knowledge for wheeled self-propelled machinery, trams, and trolleybuses. Test precautions for Subject 1: Candidates should dress appropriately (no slippers) and are not allowed to bring electronic devices or bags into the examination room. Bring your ID card and queue to enter the waiting hall. Observe the instructions and procedures on the large screen, and store personal belongings in a locker before entering the examination room. After entering the examination room, the identity verification desk will assign a seat. Once seated, begin the test. Ensure the camera is aligned with you and follow exam discipline. If you fail the first attempt, you can retake it the same day. If you fail again, you must pay to reschedule. After the test, queue to collect your score report and sign it—unsigned reports are invalid. For Subject 2 and Subject 3, there are only five test attempts each. Subject 2 and Subject 3 tests can be rescheduled after ten days. If you fail the Subject 3 safety and civilized driving knowledge test, the previously passed road driving skills test results remain valid. The driving test consists of three subjects: Subject 1, Subject 2, and Subject 3. Subject 1 refers to the road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge test. Subject 2 refers to the field driving skills test. Subject 3 is divided into two parts: road driving skills and safety and civilized driving knowledge tests. The safety and civilized driving knowledge test is conducted after Subject 3, so it is commonly referred to as Subject 4. However, the official term (as per the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 123) does not include "Subject 4."

I failed the subject one test twice last time before finally passing it. You can retake the subject one test unlimited times as long as it's within the three-year validity period of the exam. However, you need to make a new appointment each time and pay a retake fee of a few dozen yuan, usually with an interval of about 10 days before you can take it again. The computer-based test consists of multiple-choice questions randomly selected from a question bank. I recommend downloading the JiaKaoBaoDian App to practice more questions, unlike me who initially neglected the key points of traffic regulations. Keeping a steady mindset is crucial—don't get discouraged by failure. Review the rules and signs more, and only take the test after accumulating practice scores above 90. Actually, subject one isn't that difficult; it's just a matter of memory and understanding. With serious preparation, you can save unnecessary money and time.

How to Shift Gears in a Lynk & Co 03?

Lynk & Co 03 uses an electronic gear shift. Simply push the gear lever lightly to shift. The upper position of the electronic gear lever is the reverse gear (R). Pushing the lever forward engages reverse, allowing the car to move backward. Pushing the lever backward engages the drive gear (D) for forward movement. The parking gear (P) is operated via a button. Here are the details: 1. The gear positions of an automatic transmission car are relatively simple and very convenient to operate. The P position refers to the parking gear, also known as the parking brake. When the car needs to be parked for a long time, simply press this button to stop the car. Note that the P gear should only be used when the car has come to a complete stop, otherwise it may damage the car's locking mechanism. 2. The R gear represents the reverse gear, used when the car needs to move backward. To engage reverse, first ensure the car is completely stopped, then press the safety button on the shift lever before moving the lever to the R position. The N gear stands for neutral. This gear is not used for long periods and is typically used during brief stops, such as waiting at traffic lights.

How to Fix Automatic Parking System Malfunctions?

Solutions for automatic parking system malfunctions are as follows: 1. Manually move the parking brake to check for loose fixing screws, deformed operating levers, loose fixing pins, or damaged operating lever springs. If any of these issues are found, repair and adjust them promptly. 2. After driving for a while, touch the surface of the brake drum by hand. If it is excessively hot, it indicates that the gap with the brake drum is too small. In this case, simply readjust the gap. 3. Pull the parking brake lever to the braking position and release it. Then, grip and release the lever handle to perform up-and-down movement tests to check if the lever is bent, stuck, or if the spring is broken. If no issues are found, immediately take the vehicle to a repair shop for maintenance.

How to Deal with a Tire Blowout at High Speed?

Here are the methods to handle a tire blowout at high speed: 1. If the front tire blows out, firmly grip the steering wheel to adjust the direction of the car. Avoid repeatedly jerking the steering wheel or slamming on the brakes. Wait until the vehicle gradually slows down before gently steering to a stop. Then, set up a warning triangle behind the car to prevent secondary accidents. 2. If the rear tire blows out, gradually reduce speed by easing off the accelerator and downshifting to bring the car to a gentle stop. 3. To ensure even tire wear on the same vehicle, perform a tire rotation every 5,000 kilometers and a four-wheel alignment every 5,000 to 10,000 kilometers to prevent abnormal or excessive tire wear. Additionally, it is not allowed to install tires of different models or with significant differences in wear on the same axle.
