How many times can you fail Subject 2 before paying a fee?

The second attempt during the same exam session does not require payment. However, if it's the second time taking Subject 2, a re-examination fee is required. According to Article 37 of the 'Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses', each subject can be taken once, with one re-examination allowed if failed. If the re-examination is not taken or is still failed, the exam session ends, and the applicant must reschedule. For Subject 2 and Subject 3, rescheduling must be done at least ten days later. If the Subject 3 safety and civilized driving knowledge test is failed, the passed road driving skill test scores remain valid. Attempt limit: Within the validity period of the driving skill test permit, the number of rescheduled attempts for Subject 2 and Subject 3 road driving skill tests must not exceed five. If the fifth attempt is still failed, all previously passed subjects will be invalidated.
