How many test items are there in Subject 2?

For small vehicles C1 and C2, the test items include reverse parking, parallel parking, stopping and starting on a slope (canceled for C2), right-angle turns, and curve driving (commonly known as S-curve), totaling five mandatory items (some regions have a sixth item: highway card collection). For large vehicles A1, A2, A3, B1, and B2, the test items include pole test, stopping and starting on a slope, parallel parking, passing a single-plank bridge, curve driving, right-angle turns, passing a width-restricted gate, passing continuous obstacles, driving on bumpy roads, narrow road U-turns, as well as simulated highway driving, continuous sharp turns on mountain roads, tunnels, rainy (foggy) conditions, slippery roads, and emergency handling. The full score for Subject 2 is 100 points, with evaluation criteria set for failing, deducting 20 points, deducting 10 points, and deducting 5 points. The test is considered passed if the following conditions are met: ① For applicants of large passenger vehicles, tractors, city buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, and large trucks, a score of 90 or above is required; ② For other vehicle types, a score of 80 or above is required. Subject 2 can be taken once, and if failed, a retake is allowed. If the retake is not attended or still results in failure, the test is terminated, and the applicant must reschedule the test after ten days. Within the validity period of the driving skill test permit, the number of scheduled tests for Subject 2 and Subject 3 road driving skills cannot exceed five. If the fifth scheduled test still results in failure, the passing scores of other subjects will be invalidated.
The standard test items for Subject 2 consist of five components. I remember from my test experience, they included reverse parking into a garage, parallel parking, stopping and starting on a slope, right-angle turns, and curve driving. Each item targets specific driving skills: reverse parking trains spatial awareness, parallel parking simulates roadside parking, slope starting prevents stalling and rolling back; right-angle turns enhance control in tight bends, and curve driving develops S-turn handling. During practice, repeatedly simulate test scenarios. Some locations might add simulated tunnels or emergency handling items, but the main test consists of five items. It's advisable to visit the test site in advance to understand the details, not neglecting any segment, and frequently communicate with your coach for tips.
