Those with a driving license issued elsewhere must transfer it back to their original place of residence for training. Applicants must have uncorrected or corrected visual acuity of at least 5.0 on the logarithmic visual acuity chart, must not be colorblind, and must either be applying for their first license or have held any license for at least one year. Individuals who cannot apply for a B2 license include: Those who have caused a fatal traffic accident and bear equal or greater responsibility. Those who have driven under the influence of alcohol. Those whose driving license has been revoked or canceled within the past ten years.
