B1 A B1 driver's license allows driving passenger vehicles with more than 8 seats but fewer than 19 seats. According to the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," in China, passenger vehicles with more than 8 seats and fewer than 19 seats are classified as medium-sized buses. Small cars refer to vehicles with a total mass of 4.5 tons (inclusive), seating capacity (excluding the driver) of 9 people (exclusive), or a vehicle length of less than 6 meters (exclusive). The following circumstances disqualify an applicant from applying to add a tractor (B1) driving category: 1. Causing a traffic accident resulting in death and bearing full or primary responsibility; 2. Driving under the influence of alcohol; 3. Having a history of driving under the influence of alcohol during the current scoring cycle and the three consecutive scoring cycles prior to application; 4. During the current scoring cycle and the three consecutive scoring cycles prior to application, driving a motor vehicle at speeds exceeding 50% of the speed limit without having the motor vehicle driver's license revoked.
