Failure to use the turn signal or incorrect use of the turn signal results in a deduction of 10 points, with specific regulations as follows: Not using or incorrectly using the turn signal before starting, turning, changing lanes, overtaking, or parking will result in a 10-point deduction. Turning the steering wheel within less than 3 seconds after activating the turn signal before starting, turning, changing lanes, overtaking, or parking will result in a 10-point deduction. There are 6 instances in Subject 2 where the turn signal must be used, which are: When starting the vehicle, turn on the left turn signal; When starting on a slope, turn on the left turn signal; During parallel parking, turn on the right turn signal when the vehicle passes the side and prepares to park, stopping 30 cm from the edge before reversing; Before shifting into reverse during parallel parking, turn on the left turn signal, as the steering wheel will be turned fully to the right during reversing, causing the front of the car to shift left; Before exiting the parking space during parallel parking, shift into drive and turn on the left turn signal, turning it off promptly after exiting; When entering the right-angle turn area, turn on the left turn signal and turn it off promptly after completing the turn. Subject 2 has a total score of 100 points, with assessment criteria for failure, 20-point deductions, 10-point deductions, and 5-point deductions. The test is passed under the following conditions: ① For applicants of large buses, trailers, city buses, medium buses, and large trucks, a score of 90 or above is required; ② For other vehicle types, a score of 80 or above is required. The C1 and C2 driving tests include five mandatory items: reversing into a parking space, parallel parking, stopping and starting on a slope (canceled for C2), right-angle turns, and curve driving (commonly known as S-turns). Some regions also include a sixth item: highway toll card collection. The A1, A2, A3, B1, and B2 driving tests include items such as pole testing, stopping and starting on a slope, parallel parking, single-plank bridge crossing, curve driving, right-angle turns, passing through width-restricted gates, passing through continuous obstacles, driving on bumpy roads, narrow-road U-turns, as well as simulations of highways, continuous sharp mountain curves, tunnels, rain (fog) conditions, slippery roads, and emergency handling.
