Parking is prohibited within 50 meters of an intersection. Additionally, parking is not allowed in areas with no-parking signs, such as bus stops, emergency stations, fire stations, and certain special zones or passages. Regarding penalty points for parking at intersections, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law, driving through an intersection or parking without following regulations will result in 2 penalty points. Temporary parking regulations for motor vehicles on roads include: no parking in sections with no-parking signs or markings, sections with separation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes or sidewalks, crosswalks, or construction areas. Parking is also prohibited at intersections, railway crossings, sharp curves, narrow roads less than 4 meters wide, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels, and within 50 meters of these locations. Furthermore, parking is not allowed within 30 meters of bus stops, emergency stations, gas stations, fire hydrants, or fire stations, except when using these facilities. Doors should not be opened or passengers allowed on or off before the vehicle comes to a complete stop, and opening doors should not obstruct other vehicles or pedestrians. Roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, and the driver must not leave the vehicle; the vehicle must depart immediately after passengers or goods are loaded or unloaded. City buses are not permitted to stop for passengers outside designated bus stops.
