Kilometers not exceeding 10,000 and registration time within one year are considered as nearly new cars. Nearly new cars refer to vehicles that have been used for a short period but have already entered the market for trading. The criteria for measuring a nearly new car include: 1. Original factory paint, without large-scale repainting; minor scratches or small area repairs on the front and rear bumpers that do not affect the overall paint color; 2. All maintenance records can be traced back to the 4S shop. Without these records, it cannot be considered a nearly new car; 3. No major traffic accidents have occurred, the front radiator has not been replaced, the trunk is not deformed, the car lights have not been replaced, the window glass has not been replaced, and it is not a flooded or accident car.
