Replacing a clutch disc typically takes about three to four hours. The steps for replacing a clutch disc are as follows: 1. Remove the manual transmission assembly; 2. Remove the clutch cover assembly; 3. Remove the release fork and release bearing, then detach the release fork and release bearing assembly from the transmission input shaft; 4. Apply grease to the flywheel pilot bearing and release bearing for lubrication; 5. Install the release fork and release bearing assembly into the transmission housing, and check if the release bearing slides smoothly; 6. Apply molybdenum-based grease to the clutch disc, then insert the alignment tool and clutch disc together into the flywheel assembly.
