How many days without finding a traffic violation means it's fine?

If a traffic violation is not found within 15 days, it generally means there is no issue. According to relevant regulations, data collection and processing must undergo review within 10 days. After verification by the relevant authorities, the violation is entered into the traffic police's violation management system. As evidence of the violation, once recorded in the system, the traffic police department will make it available for public inquiry within 3 days. Reasons for not finding a violation may include being caught on the spot by a traffic officer without the violation being recorded, meaning the violation does not exist and will never appear in searches—though this scenario is very unlikely. If the traffic police later discover and record the violation data in the system, the violation will still be subject to penalties. For violations occurring in a different location, delays in data processing and transmission by the local traffic police may result in slower updates of violation records.
