Driving license annual review can be normally conducted if the delay does not exceed one year. According to Article 77, Paragraph 7 of Chapter 5 in the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" issued by the Ministry of Public Security, the vehicle management office shall revoke the motor vehicle driving license if it has not been renewed for more than one year after the expiration of the motor vehicle driving license.
