Driving license annual review can be normally conducted if the delay does not exceed one year. According to Article 77, Paragraph 7 of Chapter 5 in the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" issued by the Ministry of Public Security, the vehicle management office shall revoke the motor vehicle driving license if it has not been renewed for more than one year after the expiration of the motor vehicle driving license. Extended information: Article 57: Motor vehicle drivers shall apply for renewal at the vehicle management office where the motor vehicle driving license was issued or at other vehicle management offices within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driving license. Required documents: (1) Identity proof of the motor vehicle driver; (2) Motor vehicle driving license; (3) Proof of physical condition issued by a medical institution at or above the county level or the regimental level of the military.
