How many colors are available for the BMW 7 Series?

The BMW 7 Series offers 16 color options for consumers, with two distinct exterior packages: the M Sport Package and the Excellence Package. A total of 12 models have been launched, primarily including: 730Li, 740Li, 740Li xDrive, 750Li, and 760Li. The badges on the rear of the vehicle indicate different models. The BMW 7 Series is an imported model positioned as a mid-to-large luxury sedan, featuring a 4-door, 5-seat sedan body structure. The vehicle dimensions are 5250mm in length, 1902mm in width, and 1498mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3210mm. The suspension system employs a double-wishbone independent front suspension and a multi-link independent rear suspension.
Recently, while helping a friend choose a BMW 7 Series, I counted the color options. The standard model offers about eight or nine mainstream colors: classics like Mineral White and Black Sapphire are definitely available, and Carbon Black has an interesting deep blue hue in sunlight. There are also over twenty special paints hidden in the individual customization options, such as the niche matte Frozen Dark Silver, whose metallic particles look incredibly fine under showroom lighting, but cost an extra 40,000 to 50,000 yuan to select. By the way, the new 7 Series' signature two-tone body requires selecting two paints for a split effect, giving the car a layered yacht-like appearance in person—it does look premium, but requires extra payment and a wait of several months. Don’t just rely on the brochure for colors; some limited editions were only available in specific model years.
