Taking the expanding universe as the design origin, it incorporates silver starlight, deep space gray, and earth blue, showcasing Geely Auto's evolution from the blue sky and earth of the Brand 3.0 era to the pursuit of the vast universe. Geely has acquired quite a few brands, and I've seen a lot of progress in the automotive industry. Remember in 2010 when they bought Volvo Cars? That was a big move that suddenly put Geely in the global spotlight. Then in 2017, Geely secured Proton and also took over Lotus, both of which are quite famous in the Asian market. They also acquired the London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC, the former classic taxi manufacturer) and Terrafugia, the flying car maker. All in all, about five or six brands, each acquisition bringing new technologies and market opportunities—like Volvo's safety systems and Lotus's sports car DNA. Now driving a Geely car feels even more international.

Is a Driver's License Required for Vehicle Transfer?

A transferred vehicle proves that the vehicle belongs to the new owner and has no accidents or violations. When there are issues with the vehicle, such as accidents, failure to participate in annual inspections, stolen vehicles, or smuggled vehicles, the transfer cannot be completed through normal procedures.

Will the Engine Stall When Braking in First Gear?

Braking directly can cause the engine to stall, but pressing the clutch before braking will prevent stalling. Here are the key points: 1. Key Point: The main purpose of pressing the clutch when braking is to maintain the engine's idle rotation. If the engine speed remains at or above idle from braking to release, the clutch may not need to be pressed. If it drops below, the clutch must be pressed to avoid shaking or stalling. 2. Relationship: When the engine is being dragged, lower gears result in higher engine speeds, which is not directly related to vehicle speed but closely tied to wheel speed and gear selection. For example: During emergency braking to the point of anti-lock activation, the vehicle speed might still be 70 while the wheels are nearly stationary—this situation requires pressing the clutch to prevent stalling.

Can Secondary Starting After Wading Be Detected?

Secondary starting after vehicle wading can generally be detected. Here are the relevant details: 1. No response from the starter: After a car wades through water, the starter will only be engaged again if the engine stalls. If the starter shows no response at this point, it indicates secondary starting. Secondary starting refers to the situation where the car stalls underwater, and then the key is turned again to ignite the engine underwater. If you have wading insurance, whether you ignite or not corresponds to whether the claim can be made or not. 2. Engine damage: Normally, if a vehicle stalls in water, there is a 50% chance of engine damage. However, if the engine is started again after stalling, the engine will definitely be 'scrapped'; Therefore, whether driving or parked in a residential area, underground garage, or street, never start the engine again after stalling due to wading.

How often should a car be driven in summer?

Here is the situation regarding how often a car should be driven in summer: 1. New cars: A new car should be driven at least once a month, as all components, including the battery, tires, and engine oil, are brand new, making it much more resistant to wear compared to a car that has been used for several years. 2. Used cars: A used car should be driven at least once every two weeks or even once a week. When a car is not started for a long time, most of the lubricant adhering to the parts that should be lubricated will flow back to the oil pan under the force of gravity, reducing the lubrication effect on various moving parts. If the tires remain stationary for a long time, the parts in contact with the ground will develop noticeable deformation, leading to poor dynamic balance, which can have a significant impact on the car.
