According to the "Hangzhou Passenger Vehicle Total Quantity Control and Management Regulations," effective from July 1, 2018, the validity period of newly generated incremental indicators for passenger vehicle total quantity control in Hangzhou, county (city) indicators, and stepped lottery indicators for individuals has been adjusted to 12 months. If an indicator obtained through the lottery is not used before its expiration, the applicant will be prohibited from applying for incremental indicators for two years starting from the day after the expiration date. In addition to indicators obtained through the lottery, the policy also stipulates that when a passenger vehicle registered under an individual's name in the city undergoes transfer registration, cancellation registration, or change registration due to relocation out of the city, an update indicator will be automatically generated. The update indicator is valid for 12 months. Failure to apply for and use the update indicator within the validity period will be regarded as voluntarily relinquishing the corresponding update indicator.

Can vehicles in Xinjiang no longer convert from gasoline to gas after July 1st?

After July 1st, vehicles in Xinjiang can no longer convert from gasoline to gas or change their power type. Few gas stations: After converting to gas, vehicles need to refuel at gas stations, but currently there are not many gas station networks nationwide, resulting in difficulties in refueling. Vehicle malfunctions after conversion: Many car owners have reported that after converting to gas, vehicles often experience minor issues, such as difficulty starting when cold. Gas tanks occupy space: Vehicles converted to gas require the installation of a gas tank in the trunk, making the trunk space feel even smaller. Natural gas is a gaseous fuel, making it difficult to store and transport: It needs to be pressurized or liquefied for bottling, and gas stations require larger investments than gasoline or diesel stations. In areas where gas stations are scarce, refueling is quite challenging.

Where is the fuel filler switch on a Honda?

For most Honda models, the fuel tank cap switch is located below the left A-pillar of the driver's seat, marked with a fuel filler symbol. Simply pull the switch outward to open it. Some models require pressing the fuel tank cap when the car is unlocked, causing the cap to pop open. There are three main ways to open the fuel tank: 1. Mechanical Key Method: This method is more complex, so it's rarely used in household cars nowadays. It's more commonly found in rugged SUVs. 2. Interior Switch Method: This is the most common method today, featuring a switch button inside the car, which is more convenient than the mechanical key method. However, it may lead to refueling without turning off the engine, so extra caution is needed. 3. Direct Press Method: The direct press method is the most convenient among the three fuel tank cap opening methods. It requires no action from the driver, allowing the fuel attendant to refuel directly.

What are some practical car accessories?

Practical car accessories include a dash cam, parking contact number plate, steering wheel anti-theft lock, car floor mats, etc. Dash Cam: The working principle of a car dash cam is to digitally record and cyclically update the road conditions in front of, inside, and around the vehicle. The recorded data includes in-car audio, the car's acceleration, steering, and braking, among other information, which can be used to investigate traffic accident liability. Parking Contact Number Plate: With a parking contact number plate, it becomes easier for others to contact you. Steering Wheel Anti-Theft Lock: A car steering wheel anti-theft lock is a type of mechanical lock, typically composed of a lock handle, lock base, and lock rod. Car Floor Mats: During daily commutes, the soles of shoes inevitably pick up dust and small stones, which can easily bring impurities into the car. With car floor mats, cleaning these impurities from the floor becomes much more convenient.

Should You Press the Clutch or Brake First for the Hill Start in Subject 2?

When stopping, you should always press the clutch first and then the brake to avoid stalling the engine. Below is relevant information about hill starts: 1. Precautions for hill starts: However, pressing the clutch and brake separately in a hill start is too time-consuming. As you approach the slope, find the right spot, press both the clutch and brake simultaneously to stop, then slowly release the clutch. Make sure to release it gradually. When you notice significant shaking of the vehicle, keep the clutch steady and slowly release the brake to start the car. Once the car is fully moving, release the clutch completely. A successful hill start means you can proceed to the next task. 2. Other basic test items in Subject 2: Hill start and stop, parallel parking, crossing a single-plank bridge, curve driving, right-angle turns, speed-limited passage through a narrow gate, navigating continuous obstacles, shifting gears within 100 meters, and driving on undulating roads.

Is it safe to keep a USB drive plugged in the car for a long time?

It is safe to keep a USB drive plugged in the car for a long time. Here is some relevant information about USB drives: 1. USB drives do not affect the car: They will not cause harm to the vehicle. However, if left plugged in continuously, the USB drive remains in a powered state, and over a long period, it may burn out. Whether you unplug it or not makes little difference. This is because the USB interface is fixed to the circuit board as a whole, and normal plugging and unplugging have no impact (retractable USB drives simply have the circuit board placed on a movable base—only the base moves in and out, while the USB interface is fixed to the circuit board like a regular USB drive). 2. Remove the USB drive vertically: When unplugging, apply force vertically to remove it. Avoid shaking it side to side even if it feels tight (frequent lateral shaking can lead to poor contact in the USB port or damage to the USB drive's interface).
