How Long Does It Take to Replace a Driver's License?

It takes one day to replace a driver's license. According to relevant regulations, if a motor vehicle driver's license is lost, the driver should apply for a replacement at the vehicle management office of the issuing location or another location. The following documents are required for the application: 1. A duly completed motor vehicle driver's license application form; 2. The original identity proof of the applicant; 3. Two photos of the driver. If the application meets the requirements, the vehicle management office will issue a replacement driver's license within one day. After obtaining the replacement, the original driver's license becomes invalid and must not be used. During the period when a driver's license is legally seized, detained, or temporarily suspended, the driver is not allowed to apply for a replacement.
