Driving test insurance can generally be refunded within about 30 days. This insurance is specifically designed for driving students, covering various unexpected situations that may occur during the learning process from the student's perspective. After applying for a claim, the insurance company should promptly assess it. If additional materials are required, the company must notify the applicant in a timely manner. If all materials are complete, according to legal regulations, a complex case should be assessed within 30 days, with written notification provided. For claims covered under the insurance policy, payment should be made within 10 days after reaching a settlement agreement. If the claim is not covered, the applicant should be notified within 3 days from the date of assessment. Driving test insurance includes four coverage items: compensation for driving training fee losses, accidental medical compensation, accidental death or disability compensation, and accidental hospitalization allowance. During the valid service period, if the insured student fails any single test (subject one, two, three, or four) of the motor vehicle driver's license exam, the insurance company will compensate up to 100% of the local exam fee as recorded in the system, with the maximum cumulative compensation provided according to the contract terms.
