How Long Does It Take to Apply Car Window Tinting?

Applying car window tinting generally takes about 3-5 hours. Tinting can also reduce damage to interior items and passengers caused by UV rays, lower the car's interior temperature through physical reflection, decrease the use of air conditioning, and thus reduce fuel consumption, saving some expenses. The following are precautions for window tinting: 1. Avoid rolling the windows up or down for three days after applying the tint. 2. Do not wash the car for three days. 3. For vehicles with a sunroof, avoid opening it while driving, especially at high speeds, for three days. 4. In winter, it is recommended not to roll the windows up or down or wash the car for a week after tinting. The front and rear tints may take about a month to fully dry. 5. If bubbles appear at the edges of the tint, visit the installation site for repairs within 24 hours. Delayed repairs may cause creases, as the adhesive around the bubbles will dry and the tint edges will no longer be movable. 6. Avoid using strong adhesive labels directly on the tint for a month after application to prevent partial detachment from the glass.
