The inspection exemption mark cannot be overdue. Consequences of overdue: Vehicles that fail to obtain the inspection qualification mark within the specified period are not allowed to drive on the road. If the vehicle is caught by traffic police, the driver's license will be deducted 3 points. During this period, if the vehicle is involved in a traffic accident, the insurance company has the right to refuse compensation. Relevant regulations: For passenger transport vehicles, inspection is required once a year within 5 years, and once every 6 months after 5 years. For trucks and large or medium-sized non-passenger transport vehicles, inspection is required once a year within 10 years, and once every 6 months after 10 years. For small and mini non-passenger transport vehicles, inspection is required once every 2 years within 6 years, once a year after 6 years, and once every 6 months after 15 years.
