Go to the vehicle management office for inspection: Take all the documents to the local vehicle management office to get a number and fill out the registration form. Then, submit your ID card, tax certificate, insurance policy, vehicle qualification certificate, and invoice to the traffic police for inspection. Stamp the frame number and engine number, take photos for vehicle inspection, and receive a temporary license plate.
