You can apply for an upgrade three years after the downgrade of your driver's license. Additionally, you must not have any full-point records in the two most recent scoring cycles before applying to be eligible for the upgrade process. If you wish to upgrade after a downgrade, the driver must retake the upgrade examination administered by the vehicle management department. If you later want to upgrade from a C1 license to a B1 license, you must have held the C1 license for at least three years and have no full-point records in the two most recent scoring cycles before applying to be eligible for the upgrade. Age requirement: Must be at least 21 years old and under 50 years old. Height requirement: For large vehicles, the height must be at least 155 cm. Physical condition requirements: Same as for C1. Mainly concerning vision, color blindness, etc. Generally, if no such issues are found in daily life, you will qualify. If you have myopia, corrected vision must reach 5.0 or above.
