For exceeding the speed limit by less than 10%, no fine is imposed, but 3 points are deducted. For exceeding the speed limit by more than 10% but less than 20%, a fine is imposed and 3 points are deducted. For exceeding the speed limit by more than 20% but less than 50%, a fine is imposed and 3 points are deducted. For exceeding the speed limit by more than 50% but less than 70%, a fine is imposed, 6 points are deducted, and the driver's license may be revoked. For exceeding the speed limit by more than 70%, a fine is imposed, 6 points are deducted, and the driver's license may be revoked.
