On roads with solid dividing lines, if a motor vehicle enters the opposite lane. This includes situations where the road divider is a double solid line or a single solid line. On roads with dashed dividing lines, overtaking by borrowing the opposite lane is allowed under safe conditions. However, if an accident occurs, it will be considered as driving against traffic. On roads marked with one-way signs, any motor vehicle entering is considered to be driving against traffic.
