How is car polishing done?

Car polishing is performed as follows: 1. Adjust the polishing machine to the appropriate speed, fully moisten the sponge wheel with water, and then shake off excess water. 2. Apply a small amount of polishing compound to the car's paint surface (treat one small section at a time, avoiding large-area application), starting from the roof. 3. The polishing machine's sponge wheel should maintain tangential contact with the paint surface with moderate pressure and consistent speed. 4. Follow a systematic sequence during polishing; do not proceed randomly. After using the polishing compound, switch to a glazing compound and repeat the above steps (when changing compounds, replace the sponge wheel as well—do not mix sponge wheels).
