How Can a 150cm Short Person Pass the Subject 2 Driving Test?

Adjust the seat and steering wheel. It's best for short people to measure the distance from the top of their head to the car roof with their hand. For short individuals, the first step needs to be taken a bit earlier. In other words, if the car seat is low, turn the wheel earlier; if it's high, turn it later. Follow the left edge of the yellow line with the mirror base, keeping the middle of the car body on the right side about a fist's distance away. Find the right distance. For someone 1.5 meters tall, just follow the left edge of the yellow line with the mirror base.
I think being short actually gives an advantage in Subject 2 of the driving test, because the lower eye level makes it easier to see ground markings. The most crucial thing is adjusting the seat and mirrors! First, set the seat to the highest and most forward position - your knees should be slightly bent when depressing the clutch, allowing you to press it fully with ease. Lower the mirrors to ensure clear visibility of wheel positions. You can bring a thick lumbar cushion or purchase a specialized car seat cushion for extra height - I used a 10cm thick memory foam cushion during my lessons which worked wonders. Remember to wear flat shoes, not thick-soled ones. You'll need to start turning slightly earlier than others - practice more to find the right timing. For curve driving, shorter drivers have better mirror visibility. When reversing into the garage, just align the window's lower edge with the line and stop - it's foolproof.
