Here are the relevant regulations for highway toll-free passage: 1. Toll-free period: It applies during four national statutory holidays - Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, and National Day, as well as the consecutive holidays determined by the State Council for these statutory holidays in that year. The toll-free period starts at 00:00 on the first day of the holiday and ends at 24:00 on the last day of the holiday (for ordinary highways, the time is determined when the vehicle passes the toll lane of the toll station; for expressways, the time is determined when the vehicle exits the toll lane at the exit). 2. Vehicles eligible for toll-free passage: Passenger vehicles with 7 seats or fewer (including 7 seats) traveling on toll roads, including motorcycles allowed on ordinary toll roads.
