The vehicle environmental protection sticker has been canceled. As of January 1, 2017, the environmental protection department has ceased issuing motor vehicle environmental inspection qualification labels. This means that after the implementation of the new regulations, the environmental inspection qualification label has been abolished, and only the motor vehicle inspection qualification label and compulsory insurance label need to be affixed to the front windshield of the vehicle. The cancellation of the green environmental protection label for motor vehicles does not mean that vehicles are exempt from emission testing. The reason for canceling the green environmental protection label is that it has been merged with the vehicle inspection label. In other words, during each annual vehicle inspection, emission testing is still required, and vehicles are only allowed on the road after passing the emission test.

What are the advantages of automatic sensor headlights?

Automatic sensor headlights have the advantage of automatically adapting to changes in external light intensity, providing additional illumination when visibility is affected by light (such as entering tunnels or underground garages) without requiring any manual operation, thus not distracting the driver. Automatic sensor headlights, also known as automatic sensor-activated headlights, are controlled by a central intelligent control box that determines changes in light brightness through a light sensor located behind the rearview mirror, thereby controlling the automatic activation or deactivation of the width lights and low beams. The automatic headlight sensor utilizes optical principles, advanced photoelectric conversion technology, and is a microcomputer-controlled optical sensing control system.

Analysis of GAC Aion's Chassis Performance

GAC Aion chassis analysis: The Aion demonstrates excellent chassis flatness. Protective plates are installed beneath the front engine compartment, at the front end of the power battery, and on both sides, effectively reducing aerodynamic drag during high-speed driving. Its powertrain consists of a permanent magnet synchronous motor paired with a single-speed transmission - the most common configuration in pure electric vehicles. Additionally, it employs an aluminum alloy subframe, achieving weight reduction while optimizing front-rear weight distribution. The transmission is wrapped with sound insulation material, which helps improve NVH performance during operation. The Aion features MacPherson strut front suspension, with ventilated brake discs and single-piston calipers in the front braking system. The rear braking system uses solid brake discs with single-piston calipers, with an electronic parking actuator located inside the caliper. The rear suspension adopts a torsion beam setup, and the overall suspension tuning delivers a premium driving feel. Chassis introduction: Refers to the automotive system composed of four parts: powertrain, running gear, steering system, and braking system. It supports and mounts the engine and other components/assemblies, forms the vehicle's overall shape, transmits engine power, and ensures normal operation. Chassis maintenance: Regularly inspect lubricants in all assemblies, replace worn brake pads promptly, perform wheel alignment for safety, and optionally apply protective coating to the chassis.

Is it necessary to modify the sound insulation for the Alphard?

The Alphard can undergo sound insulation modifications. Advantages of car sound insulation: Noise reduction: Car sound insulation projects can effectively eliminate and block engine noise, vibrations, resonance between the body and doors, and friction sounds generated by road and air resistance during driving. This creates a quiet driving space and greatly improves driving comfort. Heat insulation: Sound insulation projects not only reduce noise but also effectively block the high temperatures generated by the engine, enhancing air conditioning efficiency. Body reinforcement: The sheet metal in non-critical areas such as the hood, doors, trunk, roof, and fenders is relatively thin. After installing sound insulation materials, the body becomes sturdier, improving passive safety coefficients in the event of a collision. Audio optimization: Audio systems, especially subwoofers installed in the rear, can cause trunk vibrations and reduced sound quality due to inadequate shock absorption. The car's structure may not withstand the impact of heavy bass, resulting in "squeaking" sounds. After sound insulation modifications, metal resonance in the body is eliminated, and good sound absorption is achieved, making the audio clearer, richer, and more powerful. Sources of car noise: Noise from engine operation, including fans, exhaust pipes, etc. Road noise, generally from bumps and gravel hitting the chassis. Tire noise, caused by friction and contact between the tires and the road. Wind noise and ambient noise, primarily airborne noise.

How to Query Vehicle Model via VIN Number?

Methods to query vehicle model via VIN number: 1. Search for the website of the local traffic network and click to enter; 2. After opening the page, register an account. Upon completion of registration, you will be automatically redirected to the "Member Center"; 3. Click on "VIN Number Query" on the page to open the query interface. The VIN number, also known as the Vehicle Identification Number, consists of 17 characters and contains information such as the vehicle's manufacturer, year, model, body type and code, engine code, and assembly location. Correctly interpreting the VIN number is crucial for vehicle owners to accurately identify the model and perform correct diagnosis and maintenance.

What Causes Noise from the Car Chassis?

The reasons for noise from the car chassis: 1. Problem with the stabilizer bar bushings: The symptom is that the chassis makes abnormal noises when the vehicle passes over uneven roads. Due to erosion by mud and dust, the stabilizer bar bushings become harder as they age, causing inconsistent heights between the left and right wheels and resulting in noise. 2. Problem with the brake pads: The symptom is abnormal noise from the front wheels, especially noticeable when turning the steering wheel. If the noise stops when the brakes are applied, it can generally be confirmed that the brake pads are the issue. 3. Problem with the connection between the suspension and shock absorber: If the chassis makes a creaking noise while driving, this is likely the cause. The diagnostic method is to turn off the engine, press hard on the upper part of the vehicle's suspension to make the body sway up and down, and listen carefully for the noise to identify the problematic part. 4. Other causes include abnormal noise from the wheel bearings, deformation of the shock absorber springs, aging or abnormal wear of the shock absorber pressure bearings, etc., all of which can lead to abnormal noises from the car chassis.

What brand is Horizon tires?

Horizon is a tire brand from the American company Horizon, which is registered in the United States as Qingdao Coast Tire Co., Ltd. It primarily serves the U.S. replacement tire market, offering services such as tire sales, warehousing, logistics distribution, U.S. product design technical support, product development, and market information. Tires are circular elastic rubber products assembled on various vehicles or machinery to roll on the ground. They are typically mounted on metal rims to support the vehicle body, cushion external impacts, ensure contact with the road surface, and maintain driving performance. Tires are often used under complex and demanding conditions, enduring various deformations, loads, forces, and high and low temperatures during operation. Therefore, they must possess high load-bearing capacity, traction performance, and cushioning performance, along with high wear resistance, flex resistance, and low rolling resistance and heat generation.
