China IV motorcycles have not had their scrapping period cancelled for now. The quality of motorcycles is getting better and better, and there are more and more large-displacement motorcycles. Mandatory scrapping means it must, absolutely, and definitely be scrapped. There are 4 standards for mandatory scrapping: Having reached the stipulated service life; After repair and adjustment, still not meeting the national standards for motor vehicle safety technology regarding in-use vehicle requirements; After repair and adjustment or the adoption of control technology, the emissions of pollutants or noise into the atmosphere still not meeting the national standards regarding in-use vehicle requirements; Failing to obtain the motor vehicle inspection qualification mark for three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles after the expiration of the inspection validity period.
