Does Using Air Conditioning Waste Car Resources?

Using air conditioning does not waste car resources. Fuel consumption: When we turn on the air conditioning, the AC compressor needs to perform cooling work. The car's AC compressor is directly driven by the engine, consuming a portion of the engine's power, which in turn consumes fuel. Fixed displacement: If it is a fixed displacement compressor, there is no need to deliberately adjust the temperature and fan speed, because for cars with fixed displacement AC pumps, as long as the air conditioning is on, the fuel consumption is almost fixed, regardless of the temperature setting or fan speed. On the other hand, for variable displacement compressors, fuel consumption is related to the temperature. Maintenance should still be done in advance, not only for the car's air conditioning but also for all components, which need to be checked regularly by the owners to ensure more comfortable and safer use.
