To strengthen road traffic management and ensure orderly, safe, and smooth road traffic in the city, in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," "Several Provisions on Road Traffic Safety in Tianjin," and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of the city, the prohibited areas for motorcycles in the city are hereby announced as follows: 1. Motorcycles are prohibited from traveling on roads within the Outer Ring Road (excluding the Outer Ring Road). 2. Except for special motorcycles such as military, police, and fire rescue vehicles performing tasks, those who violate the provisions of this announcement will be dealt with by the traffic management department of the public security organ according to law. 3. This announcement shall come into effect from the date of issuance and shall be valid for 5 years. The "Announcement of Tianjin Public Security Bureau on Gradually Expanding the Restricted Area for Motorcycles" issued on December 16, 2005, is hereby repealed. The Outer Ring Road referred to in this announcement is the ring road composed of Outer Ring East Road, Outer Ring South Road, Outer Ring West Road, and Outer Ring North Road.
