Does the Verna ignition coil need replacement?
1 Answers
Verna ignition coil needs replacement. The core components of the ignition system are the ignition coil and switching device. Increasing the energy of the ignition coil enables the spark plug to generate sufficient spark energy, which is the basic requirement for the ignition system to adapt to modern engine operation. The replacement steps for the ignition coil are as follows: 1. Open the ignition coil cover on top of the engine; use a pentagon socket wrench to remove the ignition coil fixing screws; 2. Disconnect the ignition coil power plug; gently pry it up with a screwdriver and remove the ignition coil; 3. Install the new ignition coil and tighten the screws; after connecting the power plug, replace the top cover.
