The T-Roc does not come with a particulate filter across all its models. There are three variants of the T-Roc, none of which include a particulate filter, yet they still comply with the China VI emission standards. A particulate filter is a ceramic filter installed in the exhaust system of diesel engines, designed to capture particulate emissions before they enter the atmosphere. It can reduce soot emissions from diesel engines by over 90%, and the captured particulate matter is subsequently burned off during vehicle operation. How a particulate filter works: The diesel particulate filter is coated with metals like platinum, rhodium, and palladium. The black smoke containing carbon particles emitted by the diesel engine enters the particulate filter through a dedicated pipe. Inside, a densely arranged bag-type filter captures the carbon particles on a metal fiber mat filter. Once the accumulated particles reach a certain level, an automatic burner at the end ignites, burning off the carbon particles and converting them into harmless carbon dioxide before release. To check if the T-Roc has a particulate filter, you can use the following three methods: 1. Refer to the Owner’s Maintenance Manual and Owner’s User Manual to see if there is a particulate filter function. Additionally, carefully check the fault codes in the manual to see if there is a "Particulate Filter" warning light indicator. 2. Check the label on the oil filler cap. If it clearly specifies 0W-20 grade oil, it indicates the presence of a particulate filter. 3. Inspect the exhaust pipe behind the catalytic converter to see if there is an additional cylindrical section. If present, that is the particulate filter.

As a long-time owner, I've driven the T-Roc diesel version for several years and can confirm that this model is indeed equipped with a particulate filter. Volkswagen has installed it in many of their models primarily to comply with Euro 6 emission standards, capturing fine particles in the exhaust to reduce pollution. During daily driving, you need to be careful not to always drive short distances in the city, as this can easily clog the system. My experience is to regularly take it on the highway or accelerate to clean it when the warning light comes on. The particulate filter isn't a big issue; maintenance is simple and you can drive normally. However, the gasoline version of the T-Roc might not have this feature, or some regions might have a gasoline particulate filter. Overall, the T-Roc is very practical, and I recommend checking the engine type and year before buying to avoid any hassle.

Where is the vehicle registration certificate for a car purchased with a loan?

If the car is purchased with a loan, the vehicle registration certificate will be held by the lender. For example, if the loan is from a bank, the registration certificate will be mortgaged to the bank until the loan is fully repaid. More details are as follows: 1. Purchasing a car can be done through installment payments, which is an effective method for car manufacturers to capture market share. There are three common ways to do this. 2. The first method is through bank consumer loans, where you repay the loan in installments. The second method is through financing provided by the car manufacturer, where you repay the manufacturer directly. The third method is through financial leasing. 3. The first two methods are the most commonly used for car installment payments. Installment payments can also be applied when purchasing used cars, helping to reduce the financial pressure of buying a car.

What to Pay Attention to After Picking Up the Car?

There are several points to note after picking up the car: 1. Check if the vehicle identification number (VIN) matches the invoice: On the day of pickup, it is essential to verify the invoice and the VIN because the original invoice is required when officially registering the car at the vehicle management office. If there is an issue with the original invoice or an error in the VIN, it will be impossible to officially select a license plate at the vehicle management office. 2. Check for any scratches on the car body: During the process from the factory to the 4S store, some minor scratches may inevitably occur. Therefore, on the day of pickup, carefully inspect all four doors of the car, including the roof and other areas, to ensure there are no significant scratches. 3. Check if the onboard tools are complete: When picking up the car, also thoroughly inspect the onboard tools, such as the spare tire, jack, tire-changing tools, warning triangle, etc.

What is the fuel consumption of the Civic 1.5T?

Manual transmission 1.5T Civic has an average fuel consumption of approximately 7.0 liters per 100 kilometers. The related introduction of fuel consumption is as follows: Fuel consumption per 100 kilometers: Fuel consumption per 100 kilometers refers to the fuel consumption of a vehicle traveling a hundred kilometers on the road at a certain speed. It is a theoretical indicator of the vehicle. The fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is a value measured by the manufacturer in an objective environment using a dynamometer installed on the vehicle's chassis, converted into speed parameters, and then specified speed driving to calculate the theoretical experimental fuel consumption data per 100 kilometers of the model. Road condition fuel consumption: Road condition fuel consumption is a fuel indicator calculated by repeatedly testing the values measured when the vehicle travels at specified speeds and times on designated roads, also known as multi-condition road cycle fuel consumption.
