Does the Geely Emgrand Have One-Touch Power Window Function?

Geely New Emgrand is equipped with one-touch power window functionality. How to operate one-touch power windows: Press the switch to the automatic down position and release, the window will fully open. During the automatic descent process: if the switch is pressed again to the manual or automatic down position and released, the window will stop descending; if the switch is pulled up to the manual up position, the window will ascend. The windows also feature remote one-touch open/close functionality. Press and hold the lock button on the remote transmitter for more than 2 seconds, all four windows will simultaneously rise until fully closed. Precautions: Before use, please refer to the configuration manual to confirm whether the windows have anti-pinch functionality. Do not intentionally attempt to trigger the anti-pinch feature by trapping any body part in the window, as this may cause serious injury or even death. The anti-pinch function may not work during the final moment before the window fully closes (when the top of the glass is less than 4mm from the window frame) if an object gets trapped.
The Geely Emgrand typically features one-touch power windows across different models and trims, especially in higher-end versions and newer editions. As a driver who has used this car, I find it very convenient to just press the button once to automatically close or open the window completely, which is particularly handy at traffic lights without the need to hold the button down. However, base models might not include this feature, so it's important to check the specific year—models purchased after 2020 are more likely to have it. I recommend asking the salesperson or checking the manual when buying to confirm the model and avoid mistakes. This feature is thoughtfully designed to reduce driver distraction, enhance safety, and extend the lifespan of the window motor. Regular maintenance should include keeping the window tracks clean to prevent jamming.
