Audi RS7 does not have a pure manual transmission; it is equipped with a Tiptronic transmission. Introduction to Tiptronic: It combines manual and automatic shifting modes. Manual mode allows drivers to freely adjust gears and RPM, providing a thrilling driving experience with a strong sense of sportiness and driving pleasure. Usage of Tiptronic: It is recommended to use manual mode during high-speed driving, as it not only accelerates faster but also allows the use of engine braking during emergency braking. When braking at high speeds, while pressing the brake pedal, quickly pull the gear lever backward repeatedly to force the car into a lower gear, generating strong engine braking and speeding up deceleration.

I've driven the Audi RS7, this top-tier performance car, on the track several times. To be honest, the entire lineup only comes with automatic transmission configurations, and there has never been a manual version. The 8-speed Tiptronic transmission it's equipped with is exceptionally intelligent, shifting gears much faster than human hands can, completing upshifts and downshifts in just 0.1 seconds. Nowadays, even competitors like the Porsche Panamera Turbo have abandoned manual transmissions, especially when dealing with the sudden burst of 600 horsepower where a manual simply can't keep up. If you're truly enamored with the feel of manual operation, you might want to try paddle shifters; the backfire sound during downshift rev-matching is just as thrilling. After driving for a while, you'll realize that automatic transmissions are more hassle-free in the city—just control the throttle and brake with your right foot, leaving your left hand free to adjust the audio system.

As someone who has driven an Audi performance car for three years, I can confirm that the RS7 indeed does not come with a manual transmission. I checked during my test drive at the dealership, and the salesperson mentioned that the automatic transmission is more compatible with the quattro system, preventing stalling during high torque output. Now that I'm used to it, I find it more convenient, especially during rainy days in traffic jams—no need to move my left foot between the clutch and the footrest. While manual transmissions offer a more raw driving experience, the RS7's automatic mode is intelligent enough, with crisp downshifts for highway overtaking. If you're truly after the manual driving experience, you might want to consider a Porsche 911 in the same price range—it offers both PDK and manual options, unlike the RS7, which has completely abandoned the manual route.

Can a New Car Purchased with a Loan and Not Yet Registered Be Returned?

It is possible to apply for a return of a new car purchased with a loan and not yet registered, but the success rate is relatively low, as it requires canceling both the loan contract with the bank and the purchase contract with the car dealer. Here is some relevant information: Buying a car with a loan: This refers to a loan issued by a lender to a borrower for purchasing a car. Essentially, it means borrowing money from a financial institution to buy a car. However, the financial institution requires the buyer to pay a certain percentage as a down payment and provide proof of repayment ability, along with a good credit history, to meet the institution's loan requirements. Interest-free loan: Interest-free car loans are a promotional financing scheme offered by dealers based on market demand, which to some extent reduces the financial burden on consumers. However, not all car models are eligible for interest-free car loan promotions, as there are certain restrictions.

How Long Should the Manufacturing Date of a New Battery Not Exceed?

Different quality batteries have different shelf lives, with high-end ones lasting up to 5 years. Below is relevant information about batteries: Introduction: A battery is a device that directly converts chemical energy into electrical energy. It is designed to be rechargeable, achieving recharging through reversible chemical reactions, typically referring to lead-acid batteries, which are a type of secondary battery. Working Principle: During charging, external electrical energy is used to regenerate the internal active materials, storing electrical energy as chemical energy. When discharging is needed, the chemical energy is converted back into electrical energy for output, such as the commonly used mobile phone batteries in daily life. Classification: Commonly used automotive batteries are mainly divided into three categories: conventional batteries, dry-charged batteries, and maintenance-free batteries.

Can a car be transferred if the owner is not present?

If the car owner is not present, the vehicle can still be transferred to someone else through a power of attorney transfer process. In this case, the authorized person handles the transfer procedures on behalf of the owner by presenting the owner's ID and the power of attorney. Below is relevant information: Principle: Every car has a fixed registration, which primarily records the owner's details, address, and some related vehicle parameters. A transferred car proves that it belongs to the current owner and has no accident or violation records. If the car has issues, such as being involved in an accident, failing annual inspection, being stolen, or being smuggled, it cannot be transferred through normal procedures. Vehicle relocation: When a vehicle is moved from one city to another, the registration process to change the vehicle management authority is called relocation. Vehicle relocation requires changing the license plate and vehicle registration certificate, and the procedures must be handled separately at two vehicle management authorities, including the transfer-out and transfer-in processes.
