Does the 2021 Levin have only one reverse light?

2021 Levin has 2 reverse lights distributed on both left and right sides. Reverse light position: The reverse lights are installed at the rear of the vehicle. They are generally integrated into the rear taillight assembly or transparent glass. The Levin can use LED automotive reverse lights, meaning the material used is LED. LED reverse lights feature pollution-free, radiation-free, and long service life characteristics, with a theoretical lifespan of over 50,000 hours. Function of reverse lights: The Levin has two reverse lights for illuminating the road behind the vehicle, which can be used to warn vehicles and pedestrians behind that the car is reversing. All reverse lights are white.
I just bought a 2021 Levin and noticed this issue too. The reverse light is indeed only on the left side, while the right one is actually the rear fog light. This design is to comply with our country's regulations: at least one reverse light is required but no more than two, and at least one rear fog light is mandatory. At first, I felt the lighting wasn't bright enough, especially in underground garages where it's a bit dark, but later on, using it with the backup camera worked fine. Car manufacturers design it this way to meet regulations and save some costs. Japanese cars like the Corolla also follow this design, so rest assured, it's not a malfunction. If you feel the lighting is insufficient, you can add a reverse auxiliary light. I haven't added one myself, but I've seen people on forums who modified it this way with good results.
