Does motorcycle violation affect C1 license?

Traffic violation points from motorcycles do affect the automobile driving license, but a deduction of 3 points does not require attending classes or taking exams. Currently, motorcycle licenses and car licenses are combined into one, with a total of 12 points, which influence each other. Only if 12 points are accumulated during the probation period will the driving qualification for the probationary vehicle type be revoked. If the points do not reach 12, no re-examination is required, and the points will be reset to 12 in the following year. Below are the relevant regulations: 1. If a motor vehicle driver accumulates 12 points during the probation period, the driving qualification for the probationary vehicle type will be revoked. If the revoked driving qualification is not for the highest permitted vehicle type, the driving qualification for the highest permitted vehicle type will also be revoked. 2. For drivers holding licenses for large buses, tractors, city buses, medium buses, or large trucks, if they accumulate 6 or more points (but less than 12) within the one-year probation period, the probation period will be extended by one year. If they again accumulate 6 or more points (but less than 12) during the extended probation period, the driving qualification for the probationary vehicle type will be revoked.
