Mazda has two MPV models, namely the Mazda8 and Mazda5. The Mazda8 was available in both imported and domestically produced versions, while the Mazda5 was only imported. The Mazda5 is a compact multi-purpose recreational vehicle produced and sold by Mazda Motor Corporation of Japan since 1999. The first generation was originally named Mazda Premacy. From the second generation onwards, the name Premacy continued to be used in Japan, while other markets adopted the name Mazda5. Ford Motor Company made minor modifications to the first-generation model and launched a twin model called the "lxion MAV". The second-generation model was introduced by Ford Lio Ho in Taiwan in 2007 under the name "-MAX", which was sold alongside the Mazda5 in that market. 2. The Mazda8 is a 7-seater MPV with dimensions of 4868mm in length, 1850mm in width, and 1685mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2950mm.
