Huolala requires an operating license; otherwise, a fine of 30,000 yuan may be imposed if caught. Below are the relevant requirements for joining Huolala: 1. Regarding the driver's license: Drivers must hold a C1 or higher driver's license with at least one year of driving experience. 2. Regarding documents: Five documents are required, namely "ID card, driver's license, vehicle license, vocational qualification certificate, and road transport license (operating license)." If the vocational qualification certificate and road transport license cannot be provided temporarily, they must be supplemented within six months. In cities where the vocational qualification certificate has been canceled for small trucks under 4.5 tons, it does not need to be provided. 3. Regarding registration method: Real-name authentication and on-site training are required. Registration method: You can register through the Huolala Driver app or the driver joining section on the official website.
I used to drive for Huolala (a logistics platform) for quite some time, and drivers must have an operating license. This license is a legal transportation permit—without it, the platform won't assign orders, and you might even get fined by traffic police. At first, I didn’t get one and took jobs secretly, but I got caught and was fined a few hundred yuan. Later, I obediently went to the transportation bureau to apply—just fill out forms and have the vehicle inspected, and it usually takes one or two weeks to complete. Now, regulations are stricter. The Ministry of Transport requires all freight platforms to ensure drivers are licensed, or the platforms themselves will be held accountable. So before driving for Huolala, it’s best to complete all the paperwork—it’s safer and more worry-free. Don’t cut corners, or if an accident happens, the insurance company won’t cover it.
