Does a normal driving license status mean everything is fine?

A normal driving license status indicates that traffic violations and accidents have been processed, but you still need to go to the vehicle management office for inspection. Only after the inspection is completed and stamped can it be considered fully verified. Here is some information about driving licenses: Conditions for upgrading to B1: You must have held a (C1) driving license for more than three years and be between 21-50 years old. To apply for an upgrade to a (B1) driving license, you must have no demerit points in the current scoring cycle (this year) and the previous scoring cycle (last year). You can then apply for the upgrade at the vehicle management office in your registered residence. Age requirements: To apply for a city bus, large truck, trolleybus, or tram driving license, you must be between 20-50 years old. To apply for a medium-sized passenger vehicle driving license, you must be between 21-50 years old.
