Do traffic violations still need to be handled for scrapped sedans?

If a car is scrapped, traffic violations must still be handled. Failure to do so may affect the owner's credit. Not handling these violations can cause inconvenience in daily life. If pending scrapped vehicles have unresolved violations, the owner may be urged to pay fines, and it could even affect other vehicles under the same household name. Vehicles with outstanding violations cannot be scrapped. If the owner plans to purchase a new car, these violations must be resolved; otherwise, the old vehicle cannot be scrapped, and the original license plate cannot be deregistered. When applying for scrapping, the owner must bring the driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, and ID card. For company-owned vehicles, the business license is also required, while passenger vehicles must present their road transport permit and rural passenger transport certificate to the scrapping center. If the application is successful, the scrapping center will tow the vehicle away for free. Vehicles that are refused cannot be scrapped.
