Small cars still require biennial inspections. For passenger transport vehicles: Annual inspection required for vehicles within 5 years, and semi-annual inspection for vehicles over 5 years. For trucks and similar vehicles: Annual inspection required for vehicles within 10 years, and semi-annual inspection for vehicles over 10 years. For small and micro non-commercial passenger vehicles: Biennial inspection required for vehicles within 6 years, annual inspection for vehicles over 6 years, and semi-annual inspection for vehicles over 15 years. For motorcycles: Biennial inspection required for vehicles within 4 years, and annual inspection for vehicles over 4 years. For tractors and other motor vehicles: Annual inspection required. Commercial vehicles that pass safety technical inspections within the prescribed period are exempt from repeated safety technical inspections.
