C1 license holders applying for a B2 license, except those holding military or armed police force motor vehicle driver's licenses, are required to take an exam. Below is the process for applying for a B2 license with a C1 license: According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses," the additional vehicle types that can be applied for in a temporary residence include small cars, small automatic transmission cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, and light motorcycles. Therefore, the additional driving license for B2 vehicle types can only be processed at the vehicle management office in the driver's registered residence. 1. Register at a driving school with A-class training qualifications. Required documents for registration include: (1) "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form"; (2) Original and photocopy of identity proof; (3) "Motor Vehicle Driver's Physical Condition Certificate" issued by a county-level or above hospital or a military medical institution at or above the regimental level; (4) Eight 1-inch color front-facing photos with a white background and no hat; (5) For additional license applications, the original motor vehicle driver's license must also be submitted; (6) For driving school student applications, the training record issued by the school must also be submitted. 2. Pay the fee after successful registration: After completing the registration, pay the relevant fees. 3. Theoretical and practical training: Before the exam, corresponding theoretical and operational training will be conducted. 4. Attend the theoretical and practical exams as scheduled: After successfully scheduling the exam, prepare for the exam. 5. Issuance of the driver's license: The driver's license will be issued within 7 working days after passing the exam or on the same day.
