C1 driver's license does not need to be replaced after one year of the probationary period. Reasons for not needing replacement: According to Article 47 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses", if the motor vehicle driver has not accumulated 12 penalty points in each scoring cycle during the six-year validity period of the motor vehicle driver's license, a motor vehicle driver's license with a ten-year validity period shall be issued; if the motor vehicle driver has not accumulated 12 penalty points in each scoring cycle during the ten-year validity period of the motor vehicle driver's license, a long-term valid motor vehicle driver's license shall be issued. Requirements for license replacement: The motor vehicle driver shall apply for license replacement at the vehicle management office of the issuing place of the motor vehicle driver's license within 90 days before the expiration of the validity period of the motor vehicle driver's license. When applying, the applicant shall fill out the application form and submit the required certificates and documents.
