2020 Vehicle Inspection Sticker Display Requirements. In March 2020, many cities began piloting the electronic version of the motor vehicle inspection qualification mark, eliminating the need for paper stickers. You can download the electronic certificate online, but this does not mean that the inspection sticker can be omitted in all regions—it simply allows for electronic verification. For vehicles under 6 years old, the inspection sticker must be obtained from the vehicle management office every two years, or it can be applied for online. Vehicles over 6 years old need to obtain the sticker annually after inspection. For older vehicles over 15 years, semi-annual inspections are required to ensure the vehicle meets roadworthiness standards. Vehicle inspection refers to the mandatory testing for all vehicles with official license plates and registration certificates, essentially an annual 'health check' based on the safety technical conditions for motor vehicle operation.

The paper annual inspection sticker is no longer mandatory since 2020! The policy has clearly promoted electronic labels. As an experienced ride-hailing driver, I deeply feel that the windshield looks much cleaner without the sticker. But remember not to tear off the old sticker directly, otherwise the adhesive residue will be particularly troublesome to clean. Now traffic police can directly check the data online – as long as valid annual inspection records are found on the 12123 traffic management app, it’s completely legal. However, it’s recommended to keep a screenshot of the electronic insurance policy on your phone for backup, just in case you encounter a meticulous traffic assistant.

What do hybrid and mild hybrid 48V mean?

The following introduces the concepts of hybrid and mild hybrid 48V: 1. 48V mild hybrid: As the name suggests, 48V increases the original 12V voltage by four times, enabling it to easily power higher-power onboard electrical equipment. This allows high-power electrical devices such as the steering gear, starter, and air conditioning to continue operating even when the engine is off. Moreover, the 48V system provides better optimization for engine start-stop, braking, and acceleration, directly impacting fuel consumption and emissions. 2. Hybrid: Hybrid vehicles add one or more drive motors to the internal combustion engine, which can not only assist the engine in generating stronger power but also enable the motor to independently drive the vehicle under fixed conditions such as low speed or constant speed.

How to Solve the Problem of Loud Tire Noise?

Solutions for loud tire noise: 1. If budget allows, consider switching to quiet tires; 2. Improve sound insulation by enhancing vibration damping, sound absorption, and cushioning; 3. Key areas to focus on include: the chassis, fenders, and wheel arches; 4. Materials mainly used are: vibration damping glue, sound-absorbing cotton, and specialized wheel arch liners; 5. While driving, try to choose smooth roads to effectively reduce friction between the tires and the ground, thereby lowering tire noise. Tires are circular elastic rubber products mounted on various vehicles or machinery for rolling contact with the ground. They are usually installed on metal rims, supporting the vehicle body, cushioning external impacts, ensuring contact with the road surface, and maintaining the vehicle's driving performance.

Should You Remove a Nail from a Motorcycle Tire If It's Not Leaking Air?

If a motorcycle tire has a nail but isn't leaking air, it's best not to remove it immediately. Reasons for not removing it right away: Generally, tubeless tires won't leak air immediately after being punctured by a nail because the internal tire pressure can seal the puncture site—but only if the nail remains in place. However, if there are significant temperature fluctuations in the area, slow air leakage may occur. Timely Tire Repair: After completing your ride, it's recommended to get the tire repaired as soon as possible. Over time, the nail can cause increased wear and tear on the tire, so prompt repair helps minimize further damage. Additionally, it's safest to visit the nearest repair shop for professional service.

Where is the cabin air filter located in the Skoda Kamiq?

Skoda Kamiq's cabin air filter is located inside the glove compartment on the passenger side, which requires removing the glove box for replacement. The cabin air filter is a crucial component of the air conditioning system. When air enters the vehicle through the fan, the filter removes pollutants such as exhaust fumes, dust, powder, bacteria, and particles, ensuring clean air in the cabin and preventing bacterial growth to create a healthy environment. The SAIC Skoda Kamiq is a new German-designed urban SUV from Skoda, with body dimensions of 4390mm in length, 1781mm in width, 1593mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2610mm.
