Do I need to be present for new car registration?

New car registration does not require the owner to be present in person; it can be handled by someone else on behalf of the owner, as long as the ID card provided by the owner matches the name and ID number on the purchase invoice. License plates refer to the vehicle registration plates, which are metal or plastic plates attached to the front and rear of a vehicle, displaying the vehicle's registration number, registration region, or other relevant information. Documents required for new car registration include: ID card, vehicle certificate of conformity, vehicle parameter sheet, copies two and four of the car purchase invoice, vehicle purchase tax receipt, car insurance policy, purchase invoice, vehicle certificate of conformity, ID card or organization code certificate and its copy of the person who issued the invoice, compulsory traffic insurance policy, tax payment certificate, and for non-local residents, a temporary residence permit is required.
